One of the best things I've learned after 4 years in Sweden is to make kladdkaka. How many of you (those are not from Sverige)know what it is?One can translate it like mud cake, but it's not the same thing,so keep the name)So easy to make and you would most probably have all the ingridients at home.It takes less than half an hour to make, you just gotta try it.So you would need:
100 gr unsalted butter
2 eggs
200gr sugar
1tsp vanilla sugar
5 spoons best(!) quality cacao
200 gr flour
silicon baking form
el. mixer
Heat up oven to 175 C
Melt the butter,set aside.
Whip eggs and sugar with a mixer (not too much,it shouldn't get white, but has to be smooth and just light yellow)
Add cacao, mix it,then add the rest of ingredients.
Mix it carefully, otherwise you can get too many bubbles in the cake.
Pour it into the form, sprinkled with flour or buttered. To the oven!
15 min only!!!It should look liquid in the middle and baked through just on the edges,so not more that 15 min!
Voila!
It should look like that inside
Serve it with whipped cream( I don't like it at all,but it's up to you)Ideally you should end up with something like that
My assisstant, who knows the whole recipe himself
Right now
Enjoy!
